We collect information you submit through quote, contact, privacy-request and account forms. Essential security data includes a pseudonymous IP fingerprint, session information and audit activity. With consent, analytics may also include page paths, attribution, device class, approximate geography and engagement time.
Cookie and analytics choices
Essential cookies support sign-in, security and form protection. Optional first-party analytics and configured measurement providers load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Essential only” prevents optional analytics events and marketing tags. You can clear the brandholm_analytics_consent cookie to choose again.
How information is used and shared
Quote-request details are shared with the relevant listed business and authorized Brandholm team members so they can respond. When configured by Brandholm, signed CRM, SMS, call-tracking, email, analytics and billing providers process only the information required for their function.
Retention and safeguards
The platform is configured to retain consented analytics for up to 730 days and lead records for up to 1095 days, unless legal, contractual or operational needs require a different period. Role-based access, client-level record scoping, encrypted credentials, protected document storage and audit logs help safeguard data.
